Returns + Exchanges

  • Returns must be made within 2 weeks of receipt.

  • Buying an early holiday gift? Exchanges may be made within 2 weeks after Christmas.

  • Before you return an item, please email us.

  • Items must be in new condition with all the tags and packaging in place.

  • Refunds will be made to the account on which it was purchased. Please allow 10 business days from the date we receive any returned item for this credit to appear on your account.

  • Generally, we do not cover the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items back to us. We highly recommend you to use an insured service (we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged packages).

Shipping Errors/Damages

  • All damage/error claims must be received within 48 hours of receipt of the item.

  • Please save all packaging and email us to file a claim.

  • We will arrange for a speedy replacement or return of the item!
