Lakou is Community

TOUKOULEUR – 1978 – Port-au-Prince, Haiti.

Lakou Zile’m

It is our pleasure to introduce to our friends and clients, a few of our favorite Haitian women creators and Haitian organizations that are making a difference. We open the doors of our virtual courtyard as a way to remind each other about the power of appreciation and collaboration. We take that opportunity to express our deep respect and gratitude for the ongoing work that is being done, especially by those non-profits that have been on the ground for decades, to empower, inspire, enlighten, educate, nurture and serve the Haitian people, despite an increasingly challenging environment. Their engagement and leadership continue to strengthen the fabric of our community worldwide, and to promote the vision of a brighter future.
